I help people settle and thrive – both personally and professionally – in their new home, Denmark

For many of those who have moved or live here, Denmark is a dream, yet it isn’t always smooth sailing. As an experienced coach from Germany who has recently relocated to Denmark myself, I offer coaching in German and English, providing expats with support in overcoming professional and personal challenges.

Through coaching, you will benefit from a safe and structured space that enables you to reflect on your personal topics in a productive manner.

• Settling in and developing professionally in Denmark
• Solving conflicts and difficult decisions

My three core strengths – theological, legal, and systemic thinking – intersect in the field of consulting. The variety of perspectives enables me to grasp the human side of organizations, the written and unwritten power structures, and the interplay between an organization and its broader context.

With years of experience in the public sectors, I have developed a deep understanding of their dynamics and ways to find solutions, particularly in the areas of innovation and change management.

As a result, my focus lies on:

• Process facilitation

In addition to coaching and consulting, culture is close to my heart. To me, culture is where humans open themselves to personal experiences and return with a full heart. I would like to help create those spaces. Be it through literature, music or art – on a personal or a collaborative scale.

Since Denmark and Germany are integral parts of my biography, I want to curate events that foster exchange between the two countries. Currently, I am developing new formats such as German Culture Days, discussion panels, and readings by German authors in Copenhagen.

I originally come from two classical disciplines: law and theology. In both fields, I worked with language and critical thinking in different ways. Throughout my work for the church, in the field of education, and public sector players, I gradually discovered my passion for exploring change – both within organizations and individuals.

What conditions does a person need to truly grow and transform? How can we drive much-needed change in organizations that often seem slow and resistant? These questions led me to systemic coaching and systemic transformation.

Alongside my professional journey, I have always played the piano—first classical, then pop, and now increasingly jazz. I love the freedom in jazz, the way it allows for improvisation while still creating space for collaboration, allowing those who play being “free together”.

You'll often find me in the swimming pool, especially in summer, making my way across the 50m lanes. And as a passionate reader, I love “book-fluencing” my friends – just as they do me.
